GERASE MUGISHA KAMUGISHA

An expert in Finance, taxation public policy, and project management. He holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, UK, & Tax Management from the Institute of Finance Management (IFM) of Dar es Salaam. Has worked over two decades in senior positions in the public sector, including as a Director for Research Policy and Planning in the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA), Commissioner for Policy Analysis (CPAD) in the Ministry of Finance and Planning and a Director for Research Policy and Planning in the President’s Delivery Bureau (PDB).

Joan holds a BSc in Finance from Liberty University (USA). She provides strategic leadership in executing all financial operations of the company on daily basis and she is also responsible to oversee all financial performance, monitoring of budget, procurement, administration activities including all audit issues and tax related matters to ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies. She has broad experience in the field of accounting and finance gained in the US and Tanzania.

Imani holds an Honours Degree in Economics from the University of Dar es Salaam. He brings extensive experience in market research and analytics gained from work at Orbit Securities Company Ltd, a stock brokerage firm in Dar es Salaam, where he led the Research and Analytics function before leaving to start Alpha Capital. He is a regular contributor to investor education programs through local print media and on-call group sessions. His hobby is to generate specialty reports for investors. Imani is a Certified Public Banker (CPB) granted by the Tanzania Institute of Bankers (TIOB). Certified by the Capital Markets & Securities Authority (CMSA) & Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI) in London.
GEOFREY KAMUGISHA

Geofrey is an Economics, Finance and Mathematics graduate from the State University of New York (SUNY) with a passion for Actuarial Finance and currently sitting for the Society of Actuaries Actuarial Exams. Geofrey is in the process of becoming a qualified and Licensed Authorised Dealing Representative having attended the CMSA’s Capital Markets & Investment Certification course class of 2021 and seated for some of the exams already. Geofrey brings experience from a data firm in New York, USA and Stock brokerage in Tanzania where his background in Mathematics has enabled improvement in the process by which regular periodic financial reports are shared with clients.

Godfrey is an expert, trainer and consultant in Insurance and Risk Management. Godfrey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance and Risk Management and an MSc in Insurance and Actuarial Science. A Member of the London-based Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and qualification from the ZEP-RE Academy of Zambia, Godfrey brings specialised focus and expertise in risk profiling and management for our Clients. In his spare time, Godfrey’s extra curriculum activities include provision of training in Enterprise Risk Management, Life Assurance Underwriting, Engineering Insurance. He is also consulting in Bancassurance, Enterprise Risk Management and Development of Insurance Products.
